Klantenservicemedewerker (Customer Service) | Hoofddorp, Netherlands
Full-time – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
About the role:
An exciting time to join AS Colour! As we continue to expand our operations in the Netherlands, we're on the lookout for another Customer Service team member. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the customer cervice experience for AS Colour in Europe.
In the role you will be reliable point of contact for both new and existing customers, helping deliver an exceptional customer service experience in Europe.
What you will do:
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our customer service experience, supporting our growing base of B2B and retail customers across Europe. Your day-to-day will include (but won't be limited to):
- Providing friendly, solution focused support to a dedicated group of B2B customers by handling enquiries, resolving issues or quoting bulk orders.
- Responding to inbound phone calls from new, trade & retail customers.
- Managing customer support tickets via HubSpot to ensure timely and high-quality resolution and response to our customers.
- Using MYOB EXO to track, manage and monitor order progress
- Help process customer returns, credits, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Build strong relationships with our B2B customers to support their business and grow sales.
- Managing and completing wholesale applications and onboarding new customers.
We want to work with someone who has:
We're looking for someone who's proactive, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Ideally, you'll bring:
- 1-2 years, customer service experience — apparel, fashion or streetwear would be advantageous.

A solution focused attitued with the ability to think on your feet and engage with a wide range of people in a positive manner.

Confidence working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and adapability to learn new tools quickly.

Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

Fluent in English and French is a must.

Great attention to detail, especially when it comes to data entry and managing customer relationships.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with both internal teams and external partners
- Excellent time management and ability to stay organised under pressure.

Store Manager | NEW Wolvenstraat, Amsterdam Store
Full-time – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
About the role:
We're growing! AS Colour is excited to announce the launch of our brand-new Wolvenstraat store, opening in March 2026. We're on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead the way and bring our streetwear culture to life in this fresh new location.
This is a unique chance to join AS Colour duing an exciting phase of growth and take ownership of a new store from the ground up. If you're a strong leader with a love for retail, thrive in a fastpaced, team-focused environment and are excited about playing a key role in a pre-opening setup - this role is made for you.
What you will do:
- Oversee all areas of the store opening, operations and crew
- Expanding the business and brand presence in a new location.
- Create an environment that's customer service driven, welcoming and safe for both shoppers and colleagues.
- Ensuring rosters, timesheets, payroll, and staffing levels are accurate and adequate to meet all customer and business needs.
- Making sure our high standards of store presentation and merchandising are always met.
- As the retail face of AS Colour, you'll be informing and educating customers about our range and helping them find the right product for their needs.
- Motivate and develop the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver great service.
We want to work with someone who has:

2+ years retail management experience (streetwear, apparel, or fashion preferred, also open to strong hospitality, tourism, or customer service leaders).

A sound knowledge of AS Colour and be a fan of the brand.

The ability to think quickly, solve problems, and engage with a wide range of people in a positive manner.

Experience in stock control, roster, and payroll management.

Proven leadership success and be able to create an engaging environment for the customers and team.

Someone with excellent time management, high attention to detail and who remains calm under pressure.

We are a close-knit group in retail, so you'll have to work well with a team and have previous results in coaching and developing people.
- Worked with wholesale would be ideal.
